Leica M vs. Nikon D800

I had signed up for the Leica test drive. One week I was shooting with a Leica M ,  including 3 lenses the 35mm, 50mm and 90mm.
I am a photographer for 25 years and thought I finally deserve the best camera. I was looking for less weight and  better quality. But after a week of practicing I find out I made a great choice shooting with Nikon all these years. Of course leica is good , especially in the black and white mode. The pictures have a deep warm atmosphere perfect for documentary photography.
My main photography subjects are flowers, vegetables, nature and travel. I mostly work with tele and macro lenses and I don’t think Leica is better in that area. I do have a a small compact camera Leica D-lux 5 and I love this camera and the images it takes xxx
