We picked fresh coriander and tomatoes from 'The World Garden'. Oi and Nan made this soup, enjoy! Tom Yum soep 4-6 persons: 1 liter water 165 ml cocosmilk 3 limes 1 box muschrooms 1 box tomatoes 2 shallots/union 1 stem lemongrass 25 gram fresh coriander 4 lime leaves 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 2 peices ginger root 2cm long 1cm thik 4 spoons fish sauce 227g instand TomYum paste Shrimp 500 gram or chicken 500 gram or Tofu silk 250 gram pandan rice Cook water
Bruise the lemon gras and make a knot Bruise the peppers and take out the seeds Cut the shallots in 4 pieces 2 pieces of ginger, 1cm long Cook it for 10 minutes Cook 250 gram rice Continue the suop: Ad shrimp, chicken or tofu 4 spoons fish sauce 227g instand TomYum paste sliced mushrooms and tomatoes After 15 minutes take out the lemongrass, peppers and ginger Add 165ml cocosmilk Add fresh juice of three lemons Before you serve ad some fresh coriander leaves Put some rice on the table, you can take a spoon with rice and put in your soup Kap Kun Ka, Nam
