We also made tzaziki: four cucumbers grating and draining the moisture out and then
add Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, salt and lemon juice. And a Greek salad with cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, fresh thyme, parsley and oregano. Dressing of olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
