Peel the shark melon and cut it into pieces. Remove the seeds. Boil water with vegetable broth. Add he pieces melon to the boiling broth. And cook it for half an hour. Add fresh herbs from the garden such as, Celery , Parsley, Thyme , Mint, Chives.

So try it out yourself, use your intuition en find the balance between, sweet, salt and sour. This red curry is a fresh taste sensation!
Rotti is a flat pancake, made from oil, flour and water. And there are patatoes, green beens and chicken. The taste is great because of the Surinamese spices. You pick a piece of rotti by hand and then grab some of the other food. This is how they eat rotti in Suriname. Yvonne her Surinamese rotti is the best, enjoy!
