Brazilian Frittata is a handy recipe. You can always cut some fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs from your garden and make a healthy and delicious frittata.
Fresh green peas 1 cup
1 onion, diced
Spring onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
Sugar corn 1cup
Fresh herbs like mint, oregano, basil, thyme, cumin, and chili powder
1-2 cloves garlic
Minced 1/2 - 1-teaspoon salt
100-gram grater cheese
Wok the veggies in a skillet
Scramble the raw egg and add it to the veggies.
At last you add the herbs salt and cheese.
If your skillet can handle the heat of the oven put it in and let the top of the frittata change into golden brown, otherwise turn the frittata around.
